Národná integrácia v maďarskej zahraničnej politike

Abstract

Všeobecne prijatým cieľom maďarskej zahraničnej politiky sa stalo zjednotenie, resp. znovuzjednotenie maďarského národa. Prvý variant, prezentovaný konzervatívným FIDESZ, kladie dôraz na právne a politické aspekty integrácie, ktoré sa však dostáva do konfliktu s rešpektovaním štátnej suverenity a komplikujú vzťahy Maďarska so susednými štátmi. Táto koncepcia, ako to ukázal predovšetkým zákon o zahraničných Maďaroch v konečnom dôsledku nenachádza medzinárodnú podporu. Socialisticko-liberálny prístup preferuje vytváranie hospodárskych maďarskomaďarských vzťahov s využitím tých možností, ktoré vytvára európska integrácia z hľadiska existencie jednotného trhu, cezhraničnej spolupráce a financovania z fondov EÚ. Limitujúcim faktorom tu však vystupuje legislatíva EÚ, a to tak jej ustanovenia o štátnej pomoci, ako aj o zákaze diskriminácie.
