Stav dopravnej a informačnej infraštruktúry ako kritérium pri hodnotení investičnej atraktívnosti štátov v regióne strednej a východnej Európy

Abstract

Cieľom tohto článku je porovnať investičnú atraktívnosť štátov v regióne strednej a východnej Európy z hľadiska stavu dopravnej a informačnej infraštruktúry. Je možné konštatovať všeobecné zaostávanie za priemyselne vyspelými štátmi, rozdiely sú však zjavné aj v rámci regiónu. Najvyspelejšou infraštruktúrou nepochybne disponujú nové členské štáty EÚ pochádzajúce zo skúmaného regiónu. Lídrom sú štáty V4, ktoré okrem výhodnej geografickej lokácii disponujú aj pomerne rozvinutou dopravnou infraštruktúrou a robia pokroky v oblasti informačnej infraštruktúry. Stav infraštruktúry je v horšom stave v štátoch oblasti Balkánu, avšak najhorší stav infraštruktúry je možné identifikovať v bývalých členských štátoch Sovietskeho zväzu.
