    Abstract

    Současná regulační nastavení v oblasti distribuce na finančním trhu v České republice obsahuje mnoho nesystémových prvků. Vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že pravidla pro jednotlivé aktivity zprostředkovatelů ve vztahu k zákazníkům mají základ v několika legislativních normách, či dokonce nejsou regulovány vůbec, není orientace uživatelů v těchto službách jednoduchá. V České republice je dlouhodobě diskutován nový komplexní návrh systému distribuce finančních produktů. Článek se zaměřuje na některé prvky diskutovaného budoucího nastavení architektury odvětví zprostředkování pojištění s využitím komparace prvků systému, jež byl zaveden na trhu zprostředkování finančních produktů ve Slovenské republice.
