Krajiny PIGS v boji s hospodárskou krízou 2007-2013 - 2. časť

Abstract

Článok sa zaoberá problematikou krajín PIGS (eventuálne tiež PIIGS, či PIIGGS), čo je dnes už všeobecne zaužívaná skratka používaná nielen hospodárskymi analytikmi, ale aj novinármi a širokou verejnosťou. Akronym, ktorý odkazuje na ekonomiky Portugalska, Írska, Grécka a Španielska (v neskoršom ponímaní aj Talianska a Veľkej Británie), bol už v roku 2008 označený ako pejoratívny. Článok tiež mapuje toto zoskupenie krajín aj z pohľadu toho, ako sa jednotlivé tieto krajiny do tohto nelichotivo pomenovaného zoskupenia dostali, ako aj to, ako by mal fungovať permanentný záchranný systém eurozóny.
