Analysis of selected agricultural holdings profitability in relation to subsidy policy

Abstract

Trading income and related profitability indicators present overall indicators for evaluation of entrepreneurial subjects. Although the fact that agrarian sector is a specific branch of national economy, unprofitable subject faces long-term threat to its existence also within this sector. Therefore subsidy policy is irreplaceable. This paper analyses the impact of subsidy policy on overall indicators for selected agricultural holdings from 1999 to 2005. This paper is a part of QG 60042 project.
