Le dispositif de traitement des situations de surendettement des particuliers : les principaux effets de la loi Lagarde

Abstract

Plusieurs dispositions de la loi 2010-737 du 1er juillet 2010 relative au crédit à la consommation modifient de manière importante les procédures de traitement du surendettement en vue d'en accroitre l'efficacité et de renforcer la protection des débiteurs. Ces dispositions sont entrées en vigueur le 1er novembre 2010.
