Abstract

Les conditions d’accès des PME au crédit se sont plutôt améliorées ces dernières années. Des handicaps persistent néanmoins (cherté relative des découverts bancaires, contraintes de financement propres à certains secteurs) dans un contexte financier devenu moins accommodant sur la période récente.
