Science and Innovations within the International Cooperation in Europe

Abstract

The development of the European research sphere is rooted in the new Lisbon Strategy and the Ljubljana process. The key highlights have an impact on the resources and the main actions and activities in view of international cooperation. The background and the instruments of this cooperation are studied in details. The author’s comment focuses the national specific features and the place of Bulgaria in the global scientific network.
