Abstract

The examination of the interaction between the level of social and economic development and the potential is based on two theoretical models which determine the limits of the interaction variation. The first model shows entire correspondence between the level of social and economic development and the potential, while the second - entire substitution. Curve lines showing the development are introduced, which characterize the substitution between the level of social and economic development and the potential and the isoclines which define different combinations between and the level of social economic development and the potential having one and the same rate of substitution. An analysis of the level of social and economic development and the potential is made and on this base is examined the interaction between them by separate groups of border municipals - northern, Black sea ones, southern, western.
