Abstract

In the field of financial regulation, the approval of MiFid directive has been a relevant step in the management of conflict of interests. In the European context, the conflict of interest is an element of the exchange economy; the problem is to define, identify and manage pathological conflicts of interest. MiFid regulation has thus made possible the technical definition of these conflicts and the design of procedures required for its management.
