Interlocking directorates in banking and financial sectors

Abstract

In Italy the law n. 214 of 2011 prohibits interlocking directorates in banking and financial sectors. The discipline has an antitrust finality, but it raises some interpretative doubts only partially clarified by Italian supervisory Authorities
