Abstract

A survey on the Italian wealth management industry outlines the opportunity to re-think a service model in which the size of wealth under management is integrated with new criteria to cluster customers, that also consider the client’s risk propensity, the time horizon and the need to diversify investments.The aim is to cope with behavioral and emotional biases characterizing individuals in investment decisions
