Abstract

Sistemele informatice de marketing sunt considerate, de regula, la nivelul litaraturii de specialitate, ca fiind un susbset al sistemelor informatice manageriale, utilizate la nivelul departamentelor si activitatilor specifice marketingului din cadrul organizatiilor socio-economice. Utilizatorii acestora sunt persoane cu nevoi si asteptari spefice, utilizand instrumente din domenii disjuncte, precum cercetarile de marketing sau stabilirea mixului media utilizat in activitatile promotionale. Acest articol este rezultatul unor investigatii asupra surselor directe, prin intermediul unor instrumente calitative si cantitative, efectuate in vederea identificarii unor caracteristici demografice si comportamentale, utile atat organizatiilor cu activitati productive in zona sistemelor informatice de marketing, cat si utilizatorilor acestora, fie ca sunt persoane fizice sau corporatii, pentru o exploatare cat mai eficienta a resurselor IT&C disponibile.
