During the extensive development, marketing entered all the economic fields and then expanded outside the economic area. In present, the main purpose is the orientation to the market, with several specific characteristics. Thanks to the action of several factors (high quality, liable products, high technical level, claims process, technical assistance, flexible service) the marketing reaches every day an intensive development. In this new period, the main purpose is to focus on the client, therefore, the translation between the transactional marketing and relational marketing is made. The relation with the client is seen as a continuous interaction between client and company. The relation between supplier and client follows different levels, from potential client to loyal client. In order to develop the attachment of the client regarding the company, all marketing activities must be correlated and the functions of marketing are focused on the main objective.
