Abstract

Sistemul cibernetic al consumatorului (gospodariei) este un sistem fundamental al economiei de piata. El este reprezentat de multimea de indivizi (gospodarii) dintr-o economie care realizeaza consumul de produse si servicii de diferite tipuri. Comportamentul consumatorului este influentat de marimea venitului realizat prin inchirierea serviciilor factorilor de productie pe care acesta ii detine in proprietate (capital, munca, imobile). Abordarea sistemica si cibernetica a consumatorului reliefeaza interdependentele complexe care se formeaza intre aceste variabile care definesc deciziile si comportamentele specifice agentilor economici in procesul de consum.
