Abstract

Utilitatea reprezinta un atribut al oricarui produs sau serviciu – in aceeasi masura ca si functionalitatea lui. Iar daca functionalitatea se refera la ceea ce poate realiza un produs si testarea functionalitatii la asigurarea ca produsul respecta specificatiile functionale, similar utilitatea se refera la modul in care oamenii folosesc produsul respectiv, iar testarea utilitatii se refera la modul in care utilizatorii pot identifica si folosi bunul respectiv pentru a-si satisface nevoile. O functionalitate corecta este critica, dar nu suficienta pentru succesul unui bun sau al unui serviciu. Valoarea sa este data doar prin prisma nevoilor pe care le satisface.
