Instituições e Mudanças Institucionais: Uma Visão a partir dos Principais Conceitos Neo-Schumpeterianos
Abstract
O artigo mostra que a compreensão do crescimento, desenvolvimento e da mudança econômica precisa estar teoricamente vinculada às instituições e às mudanças institucionais. Qualquer tentativa de teorizar tais fenômenos sem considerar o ambiente institucional, destitui tal analise de alicerces importantes. Entretanto, não existe convergência sobre este tema na teoria econômica. As escolas institucionalistas constroem diferentes conceitos, atribuem diferentes funções e enxergam as instituições sob ângulos distintos, além de não convergirem quanto sua natureza. Os neo-schumpeterianos, mesmo não sendo institucionalistas, ao incorporarem as instituições em seu arcabouço teórico, dão importante salto para a explicação da realidade econômica, principalmente num ambiente marcado por constantes e radicais transformações, visto a instalação de um novo paradigma tecnoeconomico. Analisar tais transformações numa perspectiva evolucionaria, que privilegie as instituições em seus aspectos regulativo, normativo e cognitivo, pode contribuir para o entendimento mais profundo da capacitação inovativa e criativa dos agentes econômicos.Download Info
