The perception type, which has developed via positivism, has been affecting the management thought of nowadays. The businesses focus on productivity more through the management techniques and they neglect the effectiveness of the discourse. The management knowledge can not be evaluated without the human. The secrecy of the success of the technique and theory in the organization is the persuasion of the language. Purifying management discourse from verbalism will bring virtue, which is one of the final aims of the rhetoric.
