Abstract

The continuously increasing importance of lifelong learning concomitant with the unprecedented ITC technologies development have paved the learning in e-learning system for those persons interested in continuing professional development regardless the field of activity.The awareness of the need for knowledge and its finality economic evaluation highlighted the importance of this aspect in management thinking.Thus regardless of level, hierarchy or specialization,the manager has control over the means of learning that provides to its employees. Choosing easily managed systems, promoting them and monitoring their effectiveness in increasing human performance within the organization are just a few of the requirements for the managers that work in a knowledge-based society. How it manages to adapt these technologies to the real needs of the labor market remains a specific element of talent, experience and innovative capability at its disposal.
