Abstract

The effects of interactions between national economies within the general process of globalization are the most diverse and not always positive. One of these effects is a contemporary one: the financial - economic crisis. In such a situation, when the global economy is undergoing a recession, more and more taxpayers will be tempted to operate outside the legal framework, which is why we claim that tax evasion and fight against it must be reviewed, identifying the most effective measures to combat this, “scourge” being of a particular importance.
