Perspectives of the Evolution of Romanian Financial Market in the Context of Global Financial Market

Abstract

Economical financial reality proves that, in time, globalisation has an impact not only on commodities economy but also on all financial domains, leading to remodelling of financial arrangement, increase of business opportunities but as well competition between financial institutions. Due to the expansion of financial markets, the consequences of globalisation processes converge to an efficiency of economic systems, through an increase of financing capacity and quick transformation of investment economies, but, in parallel with the apparition of some new risks.
