Abstract

A deep review of the crisis does have go to reach the structural causes: the globalization of the financial markets, the financial innovations, in the terms of precarious settlements conflicts of interest. A type of reasons is connected to the regulation frame. We consider that is necessary a common set of regulations in UE and a unified supervision of the financial groups from the Union. An emphasis of the cooperation between the authorities from UE is not enough, because, after the laxity of the credit terms on various real estate markets and other markets (USA and Europe), in the last decade, the origin of the financial crisis must be searched in the effects of the massive flow of the border capital and the utilization more extensive of financial instruments derivatives. It is necessary, also, to be regulated the utilization of the financial derivative instruments, so that the transparency of the markets to be remade and the investors to be informed in an adequately way about the risks that they assume.
