Abstract

This paper presents a methodology for analyzing the competitiveness of agribusiness value networks. The methodological approach consists of three stages of analysis confined within the Logical Framework: the diagnosis of the network sustained on competitive advantage and the analysis of environmental megatrends based on strategic prospective method and the business models; defining the central problem and their causal relationship, and the definition of strategic actions. The expected outputs of the implementation are: determining the competitive position of the network, the construction of the complex causal, and the design of an effective intervention strategy that promotes competitive development integrated for focused and viable actions.
