Abstract

Les tests de racines unitaires saisonnières permettent de déterminer la nature des fluctuations saisonnières (déterministes ou stochastiques) des séries temporelles en économie. Dans ce papier, nous appliquonscette méthode à la série mensuelle originale du stock de monnaie métallique de la Reichsbank (construite en données hebdomadaires, soit 2160 observations). Nous montrons la présence de mouvements saisonniers déterministes dans la série, notamment une forte saisonnalité en début et fin d'année.
