Abstract

The essential issue under discussion is the right size of the governmental expenses level, and also the negative consequences of the exaggerate size of this field over the private sector. It is also explained the governmental expenses size and the factors that determine it, approaching the issue of their normal determining in GDP. It is analysed the output of the private goods field services, of the governmental services and the one of the manufactured goods field , the factors that influence them and their right dimension.
