Abstract

Without ethics and people’s willingness to live by those ethics, there are chaos and anarchy Ethics in e-business represents merely one particular case of general on-line ethical misdemeanours. The first objective of this paper is that the ethical aspects of e-business represent a pro - blem much wider and more complex than just automated fraud. The development of ethics in e-business is necessary but it will require some time. This development will provide an important educational element which will help net users to become more and more conscious. This paper discusses the types of ethical issues and it provides an overview of some measures intended to prevent some of these issues from occurring. At the end of this paper, a decision-making framework is presented in order to help the business decision makers in resolving the ethical issues. This framework consists of five steps in order to determine the premises of ethical issues occurring, to analyze these premises, to make a decision, to implement the decisional act and to establish the feedback, for the success assurance.
